Once the construction is complete, the properties are sold, and the profits are shared between both parties.
This venture marks a full-circle moment for Tom Smith, as it sees him returning to property investment, the area where he initially started his investment journey. Investing in property through this joint venture offers a streamlined and efficient process, allowing all parties to bypass banks entirely. By funding everything in cash, we eliminate the need for leverage and avoid the complex red tape and delays typically associated with securing bank loans for development projects.
